Being awarded 2016 Golden Bean Overall Champion is a huge honour for us. For this competition we spent a lot of time analysing our past results and fine tuning our roasting parameters. The hard work definitely paid off!
A huge benefit to us in entering the awards is that our wholesale customers who can leverage off our success. Being able to promote that the coffee they serve is recognised as Golden Bean award winning presents an incredible point of difference for their business – especially given the competitive landscape of the cafe industry. The awards we have won also reaffirms our dedication to sourcing and roasting consistently high quality coffee for our customers.
As always, entering this year’s competition has been an incredible journey Café Culture have created the largest competition of its type in the world, the team are knowledgeable, professional and helpful, you run a great event. Thanks for the opportunities this affords us.
