IMPORTANT STEPS TO SEND IN YOUR WATER SAMPLE:

Pentair requires water samples in a clean bottle, 300ml minimum; a used water bottle is fine.

The water samples should be pre-filter but will also accepting post-filter water samples.

If you would like to send both, just making sure they are clearly marked on the bottle.
